What we collect

Nothing. Nyx does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server owned or operated by us.

Where your data lives

All configuration, API keys, positions, trade history, and logs are stored in the application folder on your own computer. They never leave your machine unless you explicitly export them.

Network connections

The application makes outbound network requests only to:

• Public market-data endpoints of the exchange you choose (e.g. Binance public API) — to fetch candlestick data and public account information.
• Your exchange's private API (only if you provide your own API key and explicitly enable live trading).
• Our payment processor (only when you purchase a license).

Cookies

The desktop application does not use cookies. This website uses no tracking cookies or analytics services.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share any user information with third parties, because we do not have any user information to share.
