Nyx is a locally-installed desktop application for technical chart analysis, strategy backtesting, and trade journaling. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services. It does not hold or transfer funds.
The application itself and the paper-trading engine are provided free of charge. A paid activation code unlocks an optional live-execution feature and is bound to a single machine. License fees are non-refundable.

All trading decisions and their consequences are solely the user's responsibility. The author accepts no liability for any financial losses arising from the use of this software.
